You must provide accurate and complete registration information when creating a student account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Course Access & LCMS Rules

• Course modules and chapters are unlocked sequentially by assigned teachers/instructors during live LCMS sessions.
• Students must strictly adhere to the academic integrity and anti-cheating policies during mock tests and online exams.
• Official certificates are issued upon achieving required attendance and course completion criteria.

4. Intellectual Property

All study materials, course text, logos, graphics, and video content on Rise Academy are protected by copyright laws and belong exclusively to Rise Academy.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Indian courts.
